Our Mission
Let R.E.D.Y. help uncover your child's true potential. R.E.D.Y. is a non-profit agency with a mission to foster resilient, self-reliant youth and families by promoting safe, respectful, responsible, and goal-directed behavior. Our philosophy of family and community unity is implemented by our dedicated experienced professionals; addressing each individual and family holistically, with the highest quality of care.
Evidence based assessments are utilized to determine strengths and needs per individual referral. All R.E.D.Y. service facilitators have experience working with youth and families in a variety of fields. Service facilitators are carefully selected based on their educational and employment backgrounds. All R.E.D.Y. service facilitators have completed comprehensive background checks, and will receive on going training which will include therapeutic deescalation and trauma informed care.

Mentoring
Mentoring
R.E.D.Y. mentoring services are individually tailored to meet the needs of the youth and families we serve. Such services can include (but are not limited to):
- Social Skills Development
- Independent Living Skills Development
- Academic Intervention (Truancy Reduction Program, Academic Advocacy)
- Vocational Assistance
- Legal Interventions (as applicable)
Supervised Visitation
Supervised Visitation
R.E.D.Y. supervised visitation services are conducted in neutral locations or residences (based on court orders), and include round-trip transportation of visiting children/youth. During these structured visitation sessions, a focus on safety will be paramount, while additional introduction of parenting skills and guided parent-child interaction can be facilitated by visitation supervisor, if requested by referral agency.
